Privacy notice

This site is operated by David Cole. This page describes what data is collected when you visit davidcole.cloud and how it is used.

Contact & concierge forms

When you submit the contact form or use the GUIDE concierge chat, your message may be sent to a configured webhook (for example, n8n) for intake processing. If no webhook is configured, the contact form opens your email client with a pre-filled message — nothing is transmitted until you send that email.

Analytics

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled via PUBLIC_GA4_ID, anonymous usage data may be collected according to Google's policies. Analytics can be disabled by leaving that variable unset in the site build.

Browser storage

This site stores the following locally in your browser:

Theme preference — light or dark mode
Bento layout order — homepage card arrangement (optional drag-and-drop)
GUIDE chat history — recent concierge messages (last 20, on this device only)

None of this data is synced to a server unless you explicitly submit a form.
